The Judicial Council has placed four of its publications online: Pattern Instructions for Kansas Criminal 3d, Kansas Judicial Council Probate Forms 2d, Kansas Municipal Court Manual, and the Kansas Appellate Practice Handbook 4th.
Online access to the publications is available, without charge, to Kansas lawyers registered as active under Supreme Court Rule 208.
Subscriptions are available to others for $40.00 annually, per publication. Persons interested in subscribing to online access to the publications may do so by calling the Judicial Council at (785) 296-2498.
Active Kansas lawyers may access the registration page by entering in the spaces following "Username", their last name, followed by a period and their Supreme Court Registration Number. And, in the spaces following "Password", by entering the year of their admission to practice in Kansas.
